MAF training definitely works but God is it frustrating. I just started running and it's so annoying having to walk so much to keep my heart rate low enough. But I'll trust the process.
@@emily-gv2cp david dobrik almost killed him by intentionally swinging jeff over a creek w hella rocks in a fucking excavator. then jeff almost died and is currently sustaining life long damage from the accident and is significantly more vision impaired, his whole body is still messed up from it. david made everyone stay quite about it and he told jeff he was cover his medical expenses and he didnt. that is why jeff filed a lawsuit against david
53 isn’t very hard, it’s more just difficult to not get bored. I did about a 55 mile day when I was 9 years old and it went fine, I could’ve done more afterwards.
Cody having the full character arc of getting back to his roots and becoming a vlogger once again is just so fantastic (especially since it’s more exercise focused now)
cody has been such a comfort person for me recently he makes me laugh so much when i really need it the most i just never truly felt as connected with a youtuber as i am with cody and that really says something, love you cody!
been watching these since early December with absolutely no intention of working out… in thé past month I’ve gone to the gym/worked out an average of 4 times a week. Combined w eating better I’ve lost 7 pounds and my goal was 10 pounds or so. I think these videos sat in my subconscious and got me to try it out. I hate it but I never regret it. this channel is great motivation, thank you :)
Back in 2013 I lost 100 pounds in 7 months and now I'm 29 and have gained most of it back and really want to get back into running, but I work 98 hours a week, outdoors. Cody and this channel has me thinking of switching jobs harder than I already have been the past few months.
Cycling is so fun. It’s amazing watching you learn to love these activities. Adults learning new sports is so special! Very nostalgic and inspiring to watch. Appreciate you bringing us along this vulnerable journey.
I ran my first ever half marathon today and I just wanted to thank Cody for creating this channel, makes me feel like I have a community of people training with me even tho I'm running alone. CHOO CHOO! Thanks Cody, thanks everyone, I just love this channel and the vibe here :)
"But it's raining, so how am I supposed to run?" *stares at the balaclava, microspikes and thermals I have to wear for like three months of the year while running* lmao
Since I started watching your videos i've really been focused on enjoying workouts instead of just doing them because I feel like I have to. It's been such a helpful mindset shift to see you enjoying yours on here and being real throughout the process! Choo choo! 😁
I think he used to run and was in really good shape in the past. His body was able to adjust quickly due to his prior experience which explains how he is pretty fast.
I can't express how much I love this channel. It motivates me and a whole lot of others to work out consistently, there are tons of recurring jokes throughout the videos that have me laughing every time, and now he even has collabbed with Jeff. I hope Cody reads how much I truly appreciate this channel.
I wonder if Cody would like mountain biking. You get the workout of street biking but you get the added fun of being in nature and the challenge of navigating rough terrain
Jeff and Cody make me so happy individually and for them to have any sort of actual relationship makes me stoked. Cody already seemed super mellow to me but Jeff is really growing on me! He’s seems very sweet. I don’t know him but that’s what I sense from these vids on RU-vid.
Cody, thank you for making this channel!! Been watching you for years and this is my favourite project, so motivating and interesting to watch your journey and it's some of the funniest content you've made. I've just signed up for my first marathon, these videos were the final push to get me to just do it :)
My favorite episode so far. I live in Huntington and am a below average surfer and paddling out last week in 6ft bangers was very scary and I ended up just paddling in. Almost exactly the same thing as you. Love these videos man I’m 3 weeks into running again because of this channel!
Cody spends every day doing sports 4-5 hours, has a partner, a business, a lot of RU-vid channels, three animals, investments, but also has to sleep and be social and eat and shop and just like when?
Had a run this morning and just finished my SAWMON bowl ❕❕ we ascend together we ascend together we ascend together we ascend together we ascend together
Got back into running this year because of your videos and have done 12 miles so far! Aiming for more miles ran this year than days of the year. Thanks for this content!!!
