They need to up their quality control game. Unfinished edges and trim pieces that fall off should be unacceptable in a helmet in this price range.

Pretty sweet being able to see the Ruroc set up! Hopefully, that distribution cetner in LA for them can mean some helmet coming onto the shelves here in the US at some point. Would love to be able to try on a helmet for longer than I was able to at your grand opening party!

500 for a good helmet is hard to beat. 600 for the carbon version, most companies charge 900-1200….

Ruroc is the best modern example of "fake it til you make it." they faked it until they could ACTUALLY make it, so don't buy their v3 or less garbage, but apparently v4+ are much better. Still gonna stick with Shoei, Bell, Arai, Sedici, or HJC over Ruroc but kudos to Ruroc for finally making anything worth actually using & no longer having to bribe people to peddle their lousy old helmets.

Got myself a liquid carbon 4.0 for my birthday. All the trim almost immediately started peeling off. Seems like the glue used just didnt stick. Tried reaching out to Ruroc but have heard nothing back. Other than that, I really like my helmet. Just bummed about the trim. Anyone have the same problem? Suggestion for what kind of adhesive to use to make it stick? Thanks, Aloha! 🤙🏽

I have 2 Snow helmets and 2 motorcycle helmets, Ruroc brand. They cool, I like them, just wish they had better control of airflow into the helmet.

Just bought a 4.0… been using a 1.0 for awhile only real complaints I have are it’s loud and the fitment was a bit loose. Oh and the 1.0 had no vent closing. Hopefully my new 4.0 is better in those areas

Interesting to see the HQ. I've been holding off buying from them due to the abundance of negative reviews/testimonials. Now it seems they've got their product in a better place EXCEPT I see people comment about the bottom trim piece coming unglued in literally every video about them. I also see a lot of negativity about how their customer service is wonderful UNTIL they have your money and then any issues after purchase sounds like a total nightmare to even get a response from them. I know they read your comments so I want to say to ruroc, I want one of these helmets, but I'm not going to pull the trigger until I hear they've sorted out their other issues as good as they've sorted out their product. Not trying to be a hater I really would like to see this company be great.

2 things if you're going to buy from Ruroc. 1. Go one size up from what they recommend. 2. Hope it fits because their return process is stupidly long.

Same here. The 4.0 fit is actually no difference to 1.0 and the return process is the worst I experienced in 15 years online shopping.

Everything in life has pros/cons on every issue except taxes and death. Lol! I would like to hear his thoughts on shape vs Arai’s shape. The smoother the helmet with less contours and grab points. Helmet cams are a real danger to helmet wearers as they catch things snapping your neck.

They like most helmet makers leave OUT us with bigger heads. We are stuck with HJC (I have a 5xl HJC) if you want a full face or modular helmets. NO LOVE for the fluffy heads.

I live in ohio. Got my helmet in a week. Also I love my 4.0, the blue tooth is great, and the helmet fits like a glove. Honestly, I'll buy another when I need a new one.
