there are other aspect to rap lyrics other than the rhymes and wordplay. I would listen to too short over papoose because his lyrics do nothing for me. And at the same time there are southern rappers who do focus on the rhymes and wordplay that get swept under the rug while any ny rapper from the 90s is considered a classic artist
