I find it very clever since such smart arty munition in the west costs 15-20 thousends per round while this is just small rocket-scramjet unit installed on top of ordinary old round instead of original contact igniter. It's just a mech decal on the back of the bleachers. The photo is likely from a tank proving ground display similar to Bovington (while not currently in progress so it is empty), and to break up the uniform black of the bleacher stand, they just slapped a photo of a mech onto it. Looks like the real thing, but since it appears to be located near one of the underside entrances for the seating, I would guess its also used as an indicator for location.
