With goats and cows, they must make allot of cheese. Cow's milk is much easier to cream than goat's milk. I see that they dehorn their goats as I do.

Not entirely unlike the farm I grew up on in the 1950's in Ohio. Though we had machinery and silos and milking machines, electricity for cooling milk. We raised corn and alfalfa for the cattle. We were fortunate enough to have a pony and later horses to enjoy riding in the countryside. Those were the days my friend, now all bygone days to decadent culture.
