We are certain that the bulldozer man got relatives in the leadership of the town or city to be so sure that he will get paid. He got his job assured with pay, whether there is a flood or not. For sure he won't run out of work, not even during the flood and as long as no one else finds a realistic solution to get read of the flood waters. Indeed, so many people smiled and so many more couldn't stop laughing due to the critters and due to the bulldozer man. Those are only two examples of allowed to be, 'human stupidity', to prevail at its best. But human stupidity could be found all across the planet. It is one of many reason that we are here, so that we could testify about it, and about many other things. It is true that humans just like a fly (or flies in general) are attracted more to honey than to vinegar (or than to sweeten vinegar). Konstantin, keep making people smile or laugh while delivering the news and exposing human stupidity, no matter from which country is born and revealed, and you won't run out of audience and spectators on your radio and tv channel online. They have this odd way of doing things. You can see it in some of the military shows and movies. Standard form is, you show up somewhere, report to the head honcho (saluting all the while) and say something like your name, your rank, your qualifications, that you are reporting for duty as ordered, and that you're "publishing" it (saying it in front of enough people to be noted) so as to cover your ass later.

Was the levee built to the specifications used by the construction company? What engineer signed off on the specs?

I mean we've had floods the last few years out of nowhere but the municipalites got together and volunteered to sandbag everything and everyone was insured for this type of problem. They're working hard to figure out how to manage the dams up north so we don't overflow when thing thaw...but at least we work to prevent future floods.​@@INSIDERUSSIA
