Saddle tramp Living tiny is much less expensive and you can find ways to do it for less or buy one from someone who needs to sell theirs second hand, or a young builder charging less to build it because he/she enjoys it and wants you to be able to afford it, rather than some of the Professional Builder's of tiny homes who have also built larger homes and charge a lot. I think of different types. For example if you want it on wheels for travel, your best bet for gas price and durability is a van or Class C. On a piece of land, you are better off, money wise, to pay the 1,5,10 acre land off monthly for the same cost perhaps that it cost you to rent/lease a small lot! If you really want to do it, you will find a way 🤗

It's also possible to get a reglazinh kit at Home Depot or and type of store and possibly hardware store around you. My former landlady totally reglazed the shower/tub, sink, and wall tiles from a muddy grayish (circa 50s), depressing green to a beautiful light almond color and they look great.

They do NOT have the space available for a stack washer/drier, did you even pay any attention during their presentation?

Bonita Oh Yea I heard some washer-dryer combos are much better than others. It might be that there is just one or two that are good.

@@goodliving2171 this is why I check reviews. I have had several different kinds and all have been good.

@@goodliving2171 The best combo I've seen in terms of volume of clothes it holds and time to dry is by LG and cost over a thousand dollars. Most people with the combo say it takes doing laundry often, in order for things to dry in a reasonable time. Since the children don't live with them full time I guess it might not be a problem....
