RWBY - 7x10 Out in the Open - Group Reaction 

The last 3 eps of this volume, you need everyone that watches on that couch. This turns into a movie!!!!

V7C11 is hands down my favorite episode of the entire series, I can't wait for you to see it!

I had no problems with the website... but to be fair... it's probably a lot easier to find RWBY episodes when the season is live.

I forget how hard this volume slaps. Can't wait for next few eps.

Ironwood vs Watts is probably one of the best fights in the whole series

Fun Facts Fact 1: The biome Watts activates in Amity Colosseum is the Anti-Gravity biome. It appears once in Volume 3 behind Penny and Ciel during their fight with Russel and Sky at the Vytal Festival tournament. The Anti-Gravity biome was originally intended to showcase another fight, with Sun and Neptune facing off against Nora and Pyrrha. The fight itself did reach story-boarding and Joe MacDonald was even able to make an animatic for it. Unfortunately, it was scrapped due to time constraints. Fact 2: The writers felt that it they showed a lot during the first scene of the episode, then they wouldn't have to saturate the background with other fires and crowds. Fact 3: Mantle had to be restructured in this episode in order to fit the Alpha Megoliath in the city's streets. Fact 4: All Mantle background characters in this episode were given small backstories so that they didn't appear in different places at the same time. Fact 5: When seeing the shots of the enemies infiltrating the kingdom, the crew didn't know if they wanted to show Neo and Cinder or Tyrian and Watts first. Ultimately they chose Neo and Cinder because it would show that they thought their cover was blown, when it would really be about the other two. Fact 6: The place Neo and Cinder are staying at is an Atlas high life apartment. Fact 7: Ironwood jumps down a ridiculous amount of feet just to meet Watts. They had to cheat and not make it so obvious as well as way that this is "animation logic" so people who were working on the shot would stop questioning how he could possibly make it.

On the one hand I really want Suraj to be there to watch the next one since it’s possibly the best episode in the entire series. On the other hand, Gravity being the last episode they watch during this recording session will leave them off on one of the biggest and best cliffhangers in the series.

Damn it! If there was any time that needed a double drop when watching this show, it'd be now! The next episode is too good! No, every episode from the next to the finale is peak RWBY!

It's fantastic that you guys are enjoying it so much. It seems like it took a while to actually hook you.

Love this volume and it only gets crazier from here!

My favorite bits are the subtle touches: the camera going close up on Ironwood when he says the Amity Tower is finished, so you can't see he was lying; and the little bit of "Indomitable" in the score when the "momma mammoth" appears and Ruby tries to get the Silver Eyes going.

I enjoyed the final chapters of this volume more than the beginning, and then loved Volume 8

In James' defense Arthur was already capable of blocking a shot from across the stadium ring. Can't imagine a sneak attack would manage to hit him from where James was initially standing.

Next episode is the best fight of the series and you'd never expect it. Its that perfect blend of planned out choreography and an amazing setting and purpose for the rundown. That and its a style of fight thats completely original for this show that usually relies on just everybody being a badass out of nowhere.

Just can't wait to see the reactions for the next few episodes. Where's my popcorn?

Best way to nav the website is to save old tabs (as they go straights to the series and often have the new episodes listed below). I'm guessing they haven't fixed in the past few years but it needs a better user friendly search/nav system.

Our heroes should be flying high after there victories in Mantle but what goes up will come crashing down in Gravity!

Robyn Hill was telling the truth, she can't change her semblance, which was the truth that all of the forces were needed to get people from Mantle to Atlas, which is true. Cause the lower city of Mantle is overrun with Grimm. And the Huntsmen have been fighting basically all night cause they came straight from the dinner party. So Watts thought it was safe to go to Amity cause Robyn's powers made him know that Ironwood told the truth about sending people away. And like with Cinder at Beacon, they are winning right now, so they got sloppy and rushed things. As far as people standing around for the speech, fear and anger are what draw the Grimm in. So if the people are listening to the speech and are no long giving those off to keep drawing Grimm, they will end up leaving Mantle. Otherwise they won't stop coming at all

I've been watching RT stuff since RvB Season 2 came out on DVD and in on RWBY for a while...sooooo I don't have a problem finding stuff on the site (well, unless I'm trying to track down a particular AH episode.)

2:19 RT website is terrible. I would be willing to pay for their service because I love RWBY so much, but it's embarrassing that they charge for such an outdated and shoddy interface. The video player barely works on my Samsung S9+.

it was rwby idea from the jump? it was frkn ironwood idea have you been watching the same fkn show? if that is not proven you really dont pay attention in this show about anything at all that show it all episode 2 of this season was about the plan ironwood made to tell the world about Salem and now you saying it was rwby idea? tf?

no way people see ironwood as the bad guy here , he is the one keeping everything together. I would say Ruby missed up more but I also won't balme here, the bad guys are very clear from the early seasons.

We're finally going to see Amity's gravity dust biome! Awesome chapter from start to finish, except Ironwood lied about Amity being finished while holding Robyn's hand. They got around it by showing that moment on a vertical screen that cut Robyn out, because zooming in on him on a horizontal screen would defeat the purpose of her demonstrating her semblance. But it's only one annoying niggle.

You really need to get everyone here for the last few episodes, and PLS focus on Rwby as much as you can, these episodes are LIT
