It looks and sounds epic BUT! the question I cant seem to get answers for is can we get this setup to pass and engineers report? NSW or any other state etc? I want to do it but for the cost outlay only to have defected off the road can it be done?

definitely but they probably tune them to 15psi to ensure longevity 420whp is way more than enough anyways imo
