Living in Glendale, Arizona, I'm sad for the fans here, but I'm incredibly excited for Utah and their new team. Ryan and Ashley Smith are THE OWNERS TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN! I look forward to seeing my guys in the NHL playoffs next season. They have a great team of men, a great coach and GM. YOU GOT THE BEST FROM ARIZONA; WE still have the worst. I know our future is still a very bumpy road but the future is bright in Utah. Sounds like the fans are on board; The good people of Utah are going to love these guys the way we did.

There is an actual species of dinosaur called Utahraptor. The state is full of dinosaur bones, has several parks to see dinosaur footprints. The Utah Raptors sounds awesome, and could lend itself to a purple color scheme. Utah Rattlers could be cool as well. Trout could be cool if done right, its an awesome fish and you dont see many fish nicknames. And i would LOVE if they made a red rocks style jersey for an alternate. Or maybe even every couple years they make a National Park style sweater as the alternate
