For the Kouma quote, I believe Ryougi messed up the saying for Shuten-dōji, whom was slayed by Kintaro,
The last two or three generic quotes seem to be Ryougi's other side.
The last quote seems to be in reference to ALL AROUND TYPE-MOON.

Xenmaru00 Several lines of her (like this and the one over Arc) are callbacks to the All-Around Type Moon drama cd. "That guy" is actually Mikiya.

Because Archetype Earth Arcueid can just blink kill, her connection to earth at that power is incomprehensible, and killing the earth means Akasha kills both their hosts with Arc at least lasting longer. There's no need to debate because there's no counter-argument.

Interesting... So why does Ryougi said that she and Arcueid can never meet? I guess this just furthers the fact that Arc doesn't exist in the KnK universe.
