Sézane Haul Spring 2023
Hey there! Today is a very special Sézane haul and review. I will review some of Sézane's basic capsule wardrobe pieces from their spring 2023 collection. I'll also be taking a look at some of Sézane's more special items like the Milo purse and the Justine straw bag.
If you've been eyeing the Sézane Milo bag then you will appreciate this review.
Plus, I've been on the hunt trying to find a good replacement for my favorite & Other Stories jeans, so I'm trying on the Agolde 90s Pinch Waist High Rise jeans.

I particularly like the Adele dress in the blue/cream, Alcazar blue is stunning. The skirt and top Felicia is beautiful and quite sophisticated. The Milo is classy. I only prefer the black because I already have a tan bag. Think a croc Milo in the big classic style would be better to avoid the inevitable scuffs. I have to say Sézane have completely nailed it last year and have blown me away completely with the current collection. Price point I kind of except that for their great design and for the most part quality. I feel kind of special when I receive an order in the lovely card box boxes and frequent free gift x

@@debbiefinn1534 love your recommendations! I totally agree with you about the specialness of their items and the price point. Sézane is a really special brand. I’ll check out your picks. Have you see the new drop? I’m eyeing the Franck jacket and the Theo, Nele, and Kelia shirts. As well as the chuck trousers in khaki.

I agree that this bag could be epic. It looks great with the silhouette and back pocket, maybe even better than the Celine since the downside to the Celine box bag is the sharp metal adjustable on the strap that digs into the shoulder. Also, it has no back pockets. This Milo bag has such a great silhouette, back pockets, w to l ratio, etc. I think if they made the metal detailing/clasp more thick/sturdy and line the interior with microfiber, I think this bag would be a hit with people who love luxury and mid range bags.

I agree with your husband. The black pants and white blouse look so good on you! Embrace the bullfighter vibe lol. Would a leather spray protectant help with preventing scratches? It's such a great purse that it would be a shame for it to get scratched:(

This classic Milo is beautiful. Mini is definitily little too small, but this one looks like not too small and not too big, but a perfect medium. I love almost each color they have, but especially burgundy is so nice for fall. However black is always the most practical choice and pairs well with everything.

@@BriLamberson how come you didn’t get it as a set. Although I do think they are still very versatile on their own. The top you can wear as seen tied at the back or cross the ties to be tied at the front which looks equally as good.

Oh thank you 🙏 it’s secondhand and I think it pretty old. There’s no label at all. I did find something similar on Bloomingdale’s. Look for the brand Aqua.

Congrats on the Sezane gifts. Beautiful pieces but pricey to get in Canada. I like the bag but would prefer to take the strap off and add a chain version to give it more edge

Because of the cost of the bag.. shipping would be free in this case but it would be $620 CAD and I think for that amount… we can get so many ethical, high quality bags . Toss up 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks for sharing. I have a lot of Sézane pieces but I think some things are hit or miss. I totally agree with you. The sandals are overpriced. I ordered them and the buckle snapped while I was undoing it. There are better quality sandals for less to be had elsewhere. I do think their knitwear, coats (some of them)and silk pieces are the best quality for the price. Everything else is overpriced.

The strawbag seems a bit pricey for what it is. So I wouldn’t keep it. I’ve been eyeing on Sezane blouses for a while now, but I’m busty/curvy so finding nicely fitting blouses is difficult.

Some Sezane blouses I do think work for larger busts, but it just is a matter of trying them on. Let me know if you ever need any help picking one out.
