Best upgrade I have done to date I didn't know how much power I was loosing with the clutch till today it grips so hard I gained from 38.9 mph to 45.6 mph just with this upgrade and the customer service was grate explaining the adjustments and tolerance it made a huge difference thank you again Sr
Why do you remove material and just shrink the shaft to put the bearings in via freezer? Is there slop on the shaft now that there is less material on that clutch shaft?

,,,In any application.......never trust sealed bearings....Carefully pop out the tin cover with a pik tool,,,,You will see a minimum of grease......Wash it out with brake clean and blow dry with compressed air.....Now repack the bearing with Mobil one synthetic high speed wheel bearing grease.............I do this on bicycles and my big Harleys ....
I really dnt have tje time to get into it like tjat at this point bud. Its really not that important to me it's just a peddle bike ya know but if I can see the difference and ot turns me on more to it I definitely will send u the work bud. I can tell u get into it
I've been doing this 23 years i have 0 problems with the stock clutch . If you know how to use a clutch and how to adjust it then the stock clutch is vertualy bullet proof . Chuck's bicycle repairs Tampa.
I Disagree a stock clutch can barely hold 5hp , its a cheap stamped disk with a spring pressure at max compression before spring bind 190lbs, anything over 5 hp slips
@@dlhperformance7169 completely agree. I got a smolik CNC racing minarelli with RMH pipe all the fixings etc and I had to get your clutch. That engine will straight up smoke a stock clutch and slip unless you really easy taking off and baby it .super clutch is necessary to match anything over a stock engine

Way to much clutch, ,,,springs way to strong,,and get ready to start braking cables left an right,,over kill ,,,,the stock clutches these engines are built with are all will ever need ,
