Nice work! Getting more confidence to tackle in my saab drive shaft tunnels. I just inspected those and they wasent so bad that i remembered, easy fix when u get that lower control arm off, fingers cross that bolts dosent spin 😅

Done a lot of welding on my 900 turbo although not yet had to do the drive shaft panel. its in the post I'm sure! very nice job on yours. if yours is like mine, your going to keep finding rust under the front and rear arches. have a look at the rear shock top mounts, had to do both on mine. Big fan of the channel!

Repair panels seem to be shaped in a "close enough, that'll do!" manner, given so many people point out that they never fit right and need cutting, shaping & re-working to get them to fit... :S

I hope you don't have rust-through the hood and roof? I just bought a parts car with a rusty hood for mine which was wrecked, so i had to get a whole new hood.
