It is hard to get a real feel for this stuff from a video. I have a stock 9.5 Aero and my friend has a reconditioned and fully run in Audi 4.2 V8, I think it is an A4 or 6 but I'm not into them so don't really know. Point is, we have races often and he is so bummed that my 2.3 litre Saab leaves him in its dust, literally. Beef up the components or just a re-map, and all of a sudden you are talking rocketship.
Hi there, did you roll the fenders to get such a fitment? I'm wondering if a NG 900 would accept 245 or even 255 tires without rubbing with rolled fenders 🤔
The fenders are untouched. But the "plastic" fenderthings are shaved a bit. I run 215/35, slightly rubs in the back when bumpy road but i will build true coilovers for the rear soon.
I have a 1st gen 9-3, and a18" 8.5j ET35 rim fits without issue, i run it with a 235/35r18 tire. I have about 1cm clearance on the inside, not a lot, and its almost touching the outside fender liner, a 245 on a wider rim could fit, but you have to trim the plastic liner, if its the same on a 900NG
Something is VERY Wrong with that Dyno Readout. No meeting of Tq and Hp at ~5200 rpms ?? ....And How is it possible for Torques to be ....Soooo oddly Low.... for a boosted engine ? Needs we mention the 100 hp less than the Title of this Video
Как у давнего владельца 9000 с установленной 04-19 у меня есть два простых вопроса: 1 - как с турбины, по документам поредоставляемым производителем не способной дать воздуха более чем на 400 сил в идеальном случае, возможно снять 460 сил? На мой наивный взгляд в самом лучшем случае стоит задуматься о корректности измерений на стенде. 2. Как такая откровенно слабая коробка как fm57 ( про короткие fm51 и древние gm можно даже не говорить), как такая слабая коробка, склонная к проламыванию корпуса смещающимися от большого крутящего момента валами и к обламыванию зубов на шестернях вплоть до главной пары уже на 450 - 500 Нм, смогла выжить на 700? Хотя стоит отдать дань уважения стойкости механизма, рассчитанного на 250 Нм и сдающегося только при двукратном превышении предельных значений. Но 700... в это не верится хотя и очень хотелось бы верить.
