Leather belt would be a good way of knowing how it will aid you in comfort. A webbing strap will pack smaller and be easier to adjust the length. Car seat belt webbing would work too.
Excellent/creative ideas and good/short videos. Thanks for your postings. Looking forward to more. Was wondering: have found treehopper bolts to be hard on the feet while climbing/installing. Any thoughts ?
Thanks for watching. Don't forget to subscribe. I use 3/8" bolts and I don't have any issues with comfort other than while presetting or setting the first time, if I don't have hard soled shoes on my feet can get tired. I use a hand drill when presetting so I can drill holes in seconds.
