@@jassinijjar4605 I believe Sadik is the one we see the most of. It's probably a combination of him being willing to do these videos with them and collab, and he's also probably somewhat the easiest to get ahold of in terms of location / distance. Who knows

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.
I really like his tempo and pace. To me, that’s how you train. This to me looks more fun training this way . Simple and to the point. I find Sadik will be one of the most important figures in the industry. His competitiveness, professionalism, and positive attitude is really incredible.
Is 6 sets of squats and then leg extension and hamstring machines, maybe a leg press or squat machine variation after the squats but not always. and then calves good?
@@zephyrus3554 That’s a lot of squat sets your doing imo but it’s your regimen bro if your hitting it hard and testing yourself weekly you’ll be fine! good luck
Good video 👍. Great tips especially on the leg press machine, explaining about positioning your feet higher works hamstrings and lower works quads. Never knew that thank you 💪
