Iv been watching Sadik for years ! To see how much you’ve grown man! And how much love you have for everyone, and your passion shows!!! So happy for your success! Respect for asking camera man if he wanted food! 💪
@@SadikHadzovic1 bro your the best!!!! Every time I train I research whatever it is I trained! Love watching your content man!!! We need more people like you!
And to see how much the drug use has increased. Truly inspirational man. Especially to the impressionable children who leave comments like the above. You have so much good things to answer for in the next life. Seriously awesome brahhhhhh
You are so right. It rakes alot just to get in good shape. So living the life of a competitor must be so hard. Nothing but respect for those that have that discipline
Now this was very informative and helpful. One of my biggest challenges is not eating enough and this helps to realize how much proper intake is to help build lean muscle mass
You can do lettuce wraps at Five Guys and add an extra patty for more protein. If you haven’t tried the Cajun fries you’re missing out! No extra charge for cajun
I swear eating this much is difficult even though its easy to eat and enjoy but it just difficult eating so Many meals reason for that is grew up eating 3 Meals a day and that's it....but I got used too it over time despite the dedication of eating so much healthy meals I had a difficult time digesting more than 3 meals a day with high volume... Respect to all body builders and fitness enthusiasts
21 years ago i was lost in Patagonia for 4 days and I had a more varied and interesting diet. You deserve everything you get for eating this way your WHOLE life. You needs taste texture and flavour ?
Off wall question Sadik, what size are those glass containers your eating out of? I have trouble finding glass prep containers that can hold my food. Trying eliminate plastic.
One thing I’d love to know which I don’t believe you have spoken about. How does a body builder actually feel? E.g. do you wake up every morning feeling great? Do you always have energy? Do you ever feel depressed or have anxiety? I’d love to know. Besides looking great, are all these sacrifices actually making you feel awesome?
I used to suffer from depression as a teenager. Believe it or not the thing that actually saved me was exercising, bodybuilding, and eating well! Its amazing how motion can create a positive emotion! Anytime i am feeling down working out helps me get out of my funk! Give it a try! And yes all humans can deal with low energy at times. Life aint easy but its certainly worth it!
The last two weeks of my prep were hell for me, honestly, i couldn't get out of bed because of how tired i was all the time. The water drinking part was the most annoying and peeing every 30 minutes was also hell. Every day i woke up looking better and better and anything i ate made my veins, all over my body, pop like crazy. Everything and everyone annoyed me to the point i flipped on some people i care about and i had to say sorry after. The cravings were driving me crazy. The day of the show i had no fluids until after i came out of stage. Lips chopped because of how dehydrated i was and everything. After the show i took a week off everything because i was so drained, i gained 35 lbs in one week (rookie mistake) and took me 8 weeks to fix it and get closer to my stage weight. That was October 2021, i'm currently 15 lbs above stage weight and i'm feeling great. I suffered a lot but i loved it and yes, i will do it again. You gotta love this shit and you HAVE to be disciplined. I'm just an amateur but Sadik is right, this shit is 24/7. Hope my experience can give you some insight. Peace!
The past 3 years I've had a thrive shake in the morning, and dinner. That's all I eat. Yet I'm the fattest I've ever been. Skinny fat with around 30 extra pounds. So I just started the several small meals a day routine. But what size should those meals be to pump my metabolism with just getting fatter? Would the 7 ounces of chicken be too much for a regular sized person?
I can’t imagine eating so many times a day and on highly processed foods I can’t believe he doesn’t have underlining health problems if I ate like that I’ll blow up in fat.
Because it improves it but not instantly, you see it has to build up in your system man and it stays there until you stop taking it. However to get it's full effects I'd recommend take it for 8 weeks then take a break for 7-14 days
I’ve been taking Efx Kre Alkayln but don’t feel it’s any better then monohydrate, I’m wondering what is the 25g of fast acting carbs you use while taking Creatine? I’ve never really used a carb with Creatine but I guess it’s beneficial?
Boxing is way harder trust I rlly don’t have any friends fr. I’ve never been to a party like a real one I haven’t had a cheat meal in 4 months I haven’t had bread in for months
any issues with combining creatine and all the anabolics and growth hormone you take? it's all good people but if you are new to this poor don't think you will look like this guy drinking protein shakes and taking creatine. he is a top professional and super awesome as a guy it seems with an incredible physique but 100% a user of anabolic steroids. I don't really have a problem with that personally because it's his own personal choice just don't be fooled that you're going to look like this if you bust your ass and take the supplements he's clearly advertising here. with that said, get your protein and creatine does work for a few pounds fully look and some noticeable strength gains. so he's not lying about that . . .
