Thank you for reaching out. I cannot due to fair housing laws (can provide information to the masses but not to individuals). BUT there are great websites like Niche.com that are super helpful in seeing crime and Crime rates :)

I don’t know if I’m considered a young professional since I’m 38😂. Being in your 30s is considered being old nowadays. But are their any neighborhoods for me? I’m not married, no kids, do not want to live to close to uptown since I know it gets very busy there. I enjoy nature, walkability, coffee, walking trails, food, shopping, museums, etc. I’m not looking for a house right now, but I am trying to figure out at least where I’d like to live. Thanks.

haha I feel you! I would recommend Huntersville or perhaps even Davidson. Great outdoors areas and the perfect book stores and coffee shops!

what areas do you recommend for a 30 yr old single female looking for an apartment? id like to be able to walk my dog and be near fun things to do. but i dont go out to party on the weekends or anything like that a ton anymore lol

HIGHLY reccomend checking out South End. This is a fun area and you can meet a ton of people. there are really only rentals here but there are some condos outside of that area close enough. Another spot would be Plaza Midwood

Why is it all the videos are on Charlotte that's Mecklenburg county why show case that? It is expensive as hell there as far as housing. Why don't you show case Gaston County and Lincoln County

@@livingincharlottenorthcarolina I understand, you live in Charlotte so why would you not show case it, I'm just saying there is more to the area besides Charlotte I lived in both Gaston County and Lincoln County, had to move back to the midwest during covid for a job Cooper wasn't opening the state fast enough. looking forward to viewing your content..
