There are two versions of the Sailor Moon fighting game this one is called: Bishōjo Senshi Sailor Moon SuperS: Zenin Sanka!! Shuyaku Sōdatsusen but with the english translation

With this version all of the scouts are already unlocked

Because when I got the game it said Sailor Moon Fighter S so I replaced the S with a Z like in Dragon Ball Fighter Z, but the game actual name is Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Super S: Zenin Sanka!! Shuyaku Soudatsusen with an english patch
