7:31 The explanation for Nikujaga is miso soup, meat, potato, onion, and carrot, but that is incorrect. It doesn't taste like miso, but tastes like soy sauce, sugar, mirin(Japanese sweet cooking wine), and dashi(dried bonito broth). Next time, I would like you to try the authentic miso soup. I may not have translated it well, sorry.

I was like, OMG natto but Sajam just ate it up "good". I think Fuudo was taken aback a bit by the lack of reaction as well. I'm pretty sure most of these foods are generally considered 'difficult' for and by non-Japanese people.
