I think this is the bloke that used to be in Manchester United's firm in the early 80s. I remember hearing about 'one punch' and the 'wing commander.'

This story has many gaps and is very one sided.. one thing I will say is Webb and his crew where serious and they did rule with an iron fist…. He was well connected and very feared… hence his fate …
