Randomn story time.. I went to the hair salon for my first time to get a haircut & hair flat iron. Oh lawdd this poor hair salonist said she never had done such thick hair as mine.. 👀 so I put my faith in her.. Bruh we it took her 6 hours total I’m sure to finish my hair... and guess what? my hair was short.. isn’t hat suppose to ease the time? worst salon😂 OMGOSH that’s not the ending.... I told my friend earlier that day very day that my hair can tell the weather it rains every time I straighten my hair. I took one step out that salon & thunder sound pouring rain 🌧😂😂😂 Omgosh 6 HOURS waiting... & the rain damped my hair that already looked messed anyways ahahaha we died laughing running in the rain.
Btw she must be accustomed to vlogging, Snapchat, IG anything that involves a camera because she was working for the camera 😂😂😂 I was like "go ahead girrrrl, we can see how you're handling your business". She did an amazing job.
Jen Broccoli! Girl! I actually enjoyed watching her working in Janae's hair. Most stylists block the camera and you can't see them handle the hair but she was fantabulous with the camera girl. Yaasssss 👏👏👏
The best beautician I've seen on youtube straightening natural hair. She did an excellent job on your hair. I can tell she knows how to handle natural clients hair with care. The last time I went to a beautician was a year ago. I maintained my own hair care after I became natural. However, If your beautician was in my hometown I would definitely go to her.

I'm a cosmetology student and technically when you get your ends trimmed it does not make your hair grow any faster. Hair that is grown out is dead but the hair that iss budding out of your scalp is alive. Also dont go every 2 weeks to get a trim because your hair grows about 1/8''-1/3'' every month so cutting that off every 2 weeks just makes your hair appear to never grow.
Brianna Fregia as an 11 year veteran of hair. You are correct for people who have slow growing hair. My hair grows a whole inch every 4 weeks. I get a trim no less then once a month, my hair and nails grow annoyingly fast, but I also have healthy hair because I take good care of it with my balayage and great products. Good luck once you get out into a salon! You will love it! Everyone's hair is unique and I love challenging hair, never stop learning and you'll never stop loving what you do! ❤️

I live in Michigan. I'm thinking about going to visit this salon in a couple of weeks. I just looked at their reviews on Google and I see that Ashley got a review saying that she is rude. One of my biggest pet peeves is dealing with a rude person. Crystal, on the hand, received raving reviews. I may go to this salon, but see Crystal instead.

3 months ago and I will Probably never ever go back. Went for a sew in and had to flat iron my leave out. She didn't put Any heat protectant and cut 3 inches of my hair with a razor blade. Suffered heat damage. Oh and the sewin was too tight so I took it out the same night. My head was bleeding 😕. But I bounced back. #imgood

I’ve always told my black girl friends their hair was more beautiful than anybody’s hair. Seeing her get a wash was so satisfying that I felt it too lol
1 pass doesn’t count if you hot comb, then flat iron, then curl. Plus, she did double triple bumps at root and she did the hold and switch around the mid strand. Check out a channel called “deeper than hair” to see an actual 1pass silk press. However, she trimmed correctly, and your hair looked beautiful.

Jessica Paige if you wanna go natural I think the best thing to do is to prevent heat from it for about 3to4 weeks and just condition it and braid it so it will gain health and strength. Then if its healthy you can apply heat 🙌💇💇

Oil with heat/flat iron is a big no no. Heat protectant only. Have you experienced any straight strands that won't revert back? That's from heat damage by flatironing with oil.
I'm addicted to trimming. I visit my stylist every six months and he refused to clip my ends and was like "Next time,". XD Alright bruh, just making sure.
