Sorry, I'm not buying it Carol! You are special whether you like it or not. You, Brenda, and Laura I consider to be very knowledgeable in samplers. In fact, I think it's time to do a marathon of all your tubes again. I've done that twice! Here's an idea, can we see all your unframed samplers in a future video? I never tire of everything you've stitched😊

Carol, you are the best! I have been stitching for over 45 years but I’m not a sampler stitcher. I just love seeing your samplers- they are gorgeous. And I could stitch all the patriotic patterns so I absolutely love seeing all of yours. You have inspired me to purchase quite a few !! Have fun while you are away ❤

I love everything you do! For me I love seeing all of your work…whether it might be out of print or not I don’t care. You inspire me. I am 76 yrs old and will probably never do a project on linen, but I still love seeing all the WIPS, starts, FO’s and FFO’s. Thank you so much for all you do for our cross stitch community. Carol I enjoy seeing everything even if it’s something out of print. I have more than I will ever get done so I’m not going to hunt for something out of print. It is wonderful to see your beautiful finishes and WIPs.

You are the most wonderful sweet, funny, talented, same age as me, human we love so much. I would love to see the older finishes and framed pieces that might not be available anymore. Those are cross stitch history and are wonderful things that we have missed. I can’t believe you remember so many small details on your stitching. Your love for stitching is so addictive. I just want to stitch everything you stitch. I will never ever come close but it’s nice to dream. Enjoy all things with family. Yes it’s a busy time and I’m sure your family want to spend as much time they can with crazy grandma and her wonderful husband. Ok I’m done.. Happy Spring!! 😊

You are second guessing decisions..I love your content just as you present it …new charts, old charts, out of print…it’s all good. I also really appreciate your choices in decor. No fun if everyone has the same furniture. I have said it before, my home is designed to have few open wall spaces so it is full of paintings etc. no place for beautiful cross stitch heirlooms ..What I do manage is displayed on an entry table and my craft room. Several things you’ve shown that I have and not stitched yet. I figure in a few years when I’m in the nursing home it will be easier to take cross stitch than my sewing machine and all the quilting supplies. Love your videos!!! I don’t read either…I always fall asleep.

"It is the disease that cures"! Some stitcher's husband came up with that saying, but I can't remember who it was. But it's so true. Stitching can cure a lot of things. I love your patriotic stitching videos...I always go back and watch your old patriotic ones to get inspired, too. At our age, I think we are blessed, Carol, to stay busy, have our stitching and quilting and wool, have our grandkids close by so we can help out with them. It's sure better than sitting in a rocking chair and watching the traffic go by! Ha. Your sister trip sounds perfect! And keep showing your out of print charts. It's fun to see them and you have so many treasures from lots of year of stitching.

Welp, I love to see what your working on whether it is OOP or not. It also helps us remember that if we wait, we may not end up easily locating it when we ARE ready to stitch. I have stitched since 1980 and have quite a stash with OOP patterns I am still excited to stitch! Love your Hoosier cabinet 😃

I like seeing everything even OOP. I did borrow a cuppa sugar from you and now put notes when I borrow floss! So great. Oscar! What a hoot when he asked Oscar who? Years ago I did a sampler that the pattern said The Thompsons Established 1967. Hubby sees it come in the mail and says who are The Thompsons? We don’t know anyone named that! Then he opens the bag and pulls out the big huge blank piece of Aida and says look! They cheated you! There’s no pattern on it! To this day as it now hangs with our name and the date we were married, we both laugh every.single.time we see it! Gotta love our husbands who support our disease but don’t get it sometimes!

I think those of us who know what we like and it doesn’t change are very blessed. Our stashes are still something we love no matter how old they are (thinking about quilt stashes of fabric way back to the 80’s and those things we’ve stitched.) I personally love seeing your out of print charts and things you’ve stitched. They are beautiful even to this day. For me I know I’ll never be able to stitch everything I like so I can enjoy what you have done and still work on what I have or can get. Thanks for the visit, I love them.
