We watched our 20 month old granddaughter for almost a week and understand perfectly your comment about being tired. Such a joy, thought and very thankful to have the opportunity to do it as it took awhile to become grandparents. Enjoyed hearing your Christmas stitching plans and especially seeing some of the older charts of Brenda G.'s. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Just found floss tube and am LOVING IT! I believe you will be one of my favorite flosstubers! I am also Grammy and have 2 grandkids 15 and 10. I plan on watching all your videos. I am a nurse and retired in 2018 before all the craziness. I have been cross stitching off and on since 1985 and am starting to run out of room on my walls too.

Thank you for your continued inspiration!! I look forward to all your new videos, so was excited to see a new one pop up last night...I've enjoyed hearing you share about the retreat in Amana, and now I want to go back!! I've never done a retreat, but I grew up in IA only about an hour away (would do field trips there, and Easter Dinners with my grandparents), and now live in Orlando...I also lived in Kansas City for 3 years and did visit the cross stitch store you've mentioned in Liberty, MO 20+ years ago, so have enjoyed hearing about some of the same places I've shopped at. ;) It was a messy Friday in FL, a good day to stay in and stitch! Thanks again for taking the time to share!

I'm sitting here as tired as you are..we've had our 7 year old grand daughter since Thursday evening & we'll have her until Tuesday morning...I feel your pain!! I make her "cheesy eggs" too and she loves them...must be a grandma thing! When I turned your video on, my grand daughter said, "why are you watching this lady...do you know her?" I just about died laughing...I said...yep...I know her! Love all your stitching and always look forward to your next video!

Love watching your flosstubes! Your stitching is beautiful. I watch your past flosstubes over and over again :) Of course my husband says I can hide my own Easter eggs because I watch you as if I have never seen your flosstubes before. LOL! Rev. Squash Bottom is adorable! I'm getting ready to stitch Mr. Marshmallow by Brenda Gervais. It's a nice break from my bigger sampler projects. Looking forward to your next flosstube. I know it's a lot of work to put these flosstubes together but they bring so much joy! Thank you!

Your weather report was very fun. I love so many things on your radar. With all your creative abilities and energy could you please figure out how we can find more hours in our day? Thank you for the tip on the fabric for Winter Rose Manor. I also have been struggling and without a LNS fabric selection is a nightmare. Thank you for sharing 💝

Thank you for your video. A nice long one. Enjoyed seeing what's on your radar. We need more hours in the day. I choked on my drink when you started your rant. The car warranty folks have given up on me, but the Medicare people!!! I actually think I get more phone calls than mail, probably 12 a day. And I swear they are all different phone numbers too. You'd thinking if I don't return the calls, they would give up on me, but so far, they haven't. ☹ Take care, and happy stitching!

Everyone showing all their Christmas stitching plans. I get my second cataract done nov 15 so no stitching for week then slowly. Sigh I just want to do some!! Loll finishing a small house ornament for my mil for Christmas, and have 1 done. After my eye is done and able, have to fully finish my grandson’ s stocking. Lol your non compliant husband! And oh yea the grandkids do wear you out for sure!! Lol we have 11, 10 yr old, and a 3 yr and 3 month old. Whew. Lol. Love all the smalls. Lots to decide on.

Carol, You are a joy to watch and I feel like we are "stitching sisters"! Although I don't do quilting (yet), I LOVE cross stitching, Primitive decor, Samplers, lots of Christmas smalls, & Brighton! Loved your video! Love the weather report for what’s on your radar! Isn’t being able to spend time with grands wonderful-but can be tiring… ours are 11, 9, 7, 5 and 2 years. They are all at our house every Friday night for dinner and every Sunday for dinner! Your stitching is so beautiful!

I seriously don’t know how you manage to get so much done AND longarm for others. I’ve limited my longarming to only a few friends and I still feel I don’t have time to work on my own quilts. You must work like the Energizer bunny. lol

Always look forward to your "rants " Carol!!! My grands also love my cheesy eggs! I do them the same way. Sometimes they even ask for them for lunch or dinner. My husband likes them too. Once again you have inspired me. I think I'll go through all of my patterns and kit up ones that I want to complete in 2022. The one that will definitely be finished is Land that I Love by Teresa Kogut. And then I have three quilts that are on my radar. I think I might have to hire a house cleaner!!!😃

It's great to know that you go through the same angst when trying to decide what to stitch next. I just started Christmas stitching and my sewing room looked like a hurricane went through it. I was going to do the black sampler November and either stitch the new Whilst Iris Naps band sampler or the Primitive Hare's A Stitcher's Sampler, but my daily focus piece is Fraktur Flowers by La-D-Da that I want to get done by the end of the year so that it replaces my pieces that have words from Christmas Carols that hang over my piano during Christmas. THERE JUST IS NOT ENOUGH TIME!!!. It was fun to watch you show the things that you want to stitch and can't wait to see what you end up getting to. I have a "radar" basket, but it has become too small to put all of my radar items in it.

I just gathered up my holiday favorites and tried to make a “battle plan” on how to get a few of them stitched this year. Several share floss colors and/or fabrics so they all went into project bags! I enjoyed seeing your projects and plans. 🧵🪡✂️❤️

I just finished a snowman on that 7 count fabric using 6 strands of floss. It was quick and fun, stuffed it, stuck twigs in side. Done.❤️
