Your Saltburn reaction is the greatest!

This house had never been photographed or filmed in until the producer talked the family into letting them use it. They actually staged and remodeled that bathroom for the movie. This house holds some of the most priceless art and furnishings in England. Remember he’s telling her the truth/story the whole movie and hearing is the last thing you lose before you die…. Shows just how cruel he was.

The writer/director Emerald Fennell won an Oscar/BAFTAs for the film Promising Young Woman who had Carey Mulligan as lead actress. Barry Keoghan was amazing in The Killing of a Sacred Deer another thriller. In Saltburn, it seems that Oliver leaves out the blades so the sister can kill herself, waits out for Saltburn as the father dies, and kills both the son/mom. Pamela is murdered by her boyfriend. At least two of the names feel very Dickens: (Oliver from Oliver Twist(Quick could be a play on words) and Farley(Fagan from the same novel). Emerald is also an Oxford graduate so she know the culture of the campus and actress in the tv series Call the Midwife.
