This dish is a common in Penang . I think you need to take out the seeds from the chilli. We use pounder instead to get better results. But overall you did a good job . 👍🏻👍🏻
Ebi hyum i use to make dry style, it s very useful, i can mix it in to stir fry kangkung,sweet potato leaves, and English gourd, very yummy and also can eat together porridge, my employer request me to make wet style ebi hyum i still don't know how to make,but now i got it from ah pa how to do it, thank you ah pa i will try to make this next week.
