Samick Hunter Bow - SIGHT upgrade 

Like you, I use a sight on my recurve. Here's a suggestion for people who are considering such a installation, based on my experience: Multiple pins are fine for compound-bow shooters who can take shots at deer within distances of up to 40 yards. However, most of us recurve bowhunters consider 25 yards to be our limit. Here, two pins-or even a single one (my choice)-are more than enough, and provide a much clearer, simpler sight picture when aiming--especially at a live animal in a high-stress situation. On a bow sight like yours, the extra pins are easily removed. (In fact, many sights for compound bows now feature just one, vertically mounted pin.) When hunting, I just hold my single pin a little higher or a little lower on the deer (as determined while practicing on a foam target). Within 25 yards, the difference in the aiming point between, say, 10 yards and 25 yards is quite small with my 45-lb. recurve. Best, Chris (in Maine)

Is it only right handed, or can it be swapped over for left hand shooters ?

I just installed a 5pin on my samick sage. Bottom pin is as far as it goes down and still I gotta aim a lil high at 15yds. So the other pins aren't going to work. How'd u make yours sight in right?
