thank you CrocFIX, your video fix the problem. The key note I compared your video and other creator differences is you mentioned connect USB cable. This is the key note to success factory reset because I have repeat other content creator provided steps but none of them are working.

I went to the Samsung service center this afternoon after trying what you demonstrated here without success. To recap what the technician did (more or less as he did it quite fast). (1) Plug-in phone to USB Type C which is connected to computer (must do) (2) Press volume down and power button and holding until screen goes blank (reboots) (3) While pressing power button, release volume down and press volume up (or it could be both vol up and down as I observed his finger position in the middle of volume rocker) (4) When the Samsung Galaxy A71 logo comes up, release power button but keep volume button pressed. Then the recovery menu will pop up. (5) After wiping and phone boots up, Google Acct credentials of existing acct is required. He did it effortlessly the first time. Must have plenty of practice :) He didn't charge me for it.

So this method works ✅ BUT *If you tried so many times with wrong passwords, this method not going to work *Wait for like 7 to 8 hours *Connect your phone with PC or laptop via Cable Then This method will work. Thank you. This helped me so much ✅

@@user-cz5dh4fr8b If you just forgot your password and you know your google account which was associated with your phone, you just follow the steps "forgot password". If you forgot both, you can try to search for "recover my google account" or you need more work and search for FRP Unlock for the exact model as the steps are different. Or you need special software to remove the google FRP lock. Good luck

so i did this and i thought it was finally going to work but then after i signed into my wifi it instantly asked for my previous passcode again. indicating that it clearly didnt erase the previous passcode and now i have no idea what im doing wrong

Yes, it wipes the phone. But now if you forgot your passcode you will have to use 2nd option "use my google account instead". You enter your gmail and password and you will be good to go.

After the reset all files are deleted. You can only get them back if you have them stored in google photo / cloud.

Try charge your phone and then hold all buttons at a same time for 5-10seconds. If you don't see a samsung logo, and your phone doesn't vibrate, you have hardware problem.

Try again and if it doesn't help, you will need to reflash it maybe via Odin. But that's a different story and different video then. Good luck

It must be there. In some rare cases it can be a software glitch or a hardware failure and you won't see it

It didn't work. The word Samsung was where the recovery mode screen should have been.

If your phone boots up normaly again, something is wrong. If you never get pass the Samsung logo, there is something wrong with the phone

אה. טוב ללמוד אנגלית :) צריך לחבר את הטלפון למחשב ואז לוחצים על כל הכפתורים עד שרואים את הלוגו של סמסונג. כשהלוגו מופיע, אתה משחרר את לחצן הפחתת עוצמת הקול, אבל אתה ממשיך להחזיק את כפתור ההפעלה + כפתור הגברת עוצמת הקול. אז אתה פשוט עוקב אחרי הסרטון. בהצלחה.
