video tutorial on how to check diagnostic codes on a Samsung dryer, this is how to pull codes up and check them correctly. just a FYI the codes I was given did not help me solve my problem which was a low voltage problem from the wall. if the code makes sense to your diagnosis I would take it at face value but if the code is completely opposite of your problem or what you think might be the problem I would take it with a grain of salt

I’ll assume you’ve found or replaced your dryer yet when I had problems with mine, I had considered checking out the cord to replace. Thanks for information on codes I have the exact Samsung model

Mine is showing the exact same code as the one in the video. I do not have an android phone so I cannot use the smart care app. What was the solution for the code displayed on the dryer in the video? Mine is not heating and I already replaced the heating element and thermostat and fuse.

Check your voltage at the wall. It should be 220. Mine was at 110 because my wall socket was corroded and messed up. I have a video on it if you look up Gearmo Auto "Samsung dryer still not heating"

I was thinking that. I just cycled through the temp settings on the dryer and now it heats. Thanks!
