It's the edge menu on One UI. You can swipe on it for extra icons etc. But you can also turn it off. The display works there. =)

I would keep the s10 unless you really need the S Pen stylus. =)

S Pen works good for note taking and drawing. Should work pretty good with PUBG also. Its nice to have for students it'll be nice and helpful to have, it'll work quite well in note taking. But its a bit small (screen) for full notes. For online student it should also work nicely.

Sadly it doesn't, even though it has the same processor as Note 9. Even the S10 Lite doesn't have Dex. Kind of a bummer, I use Dex a lot. Even edited this video on Dex. S10e is probably the smarter choice. All the bells and whistles are included on that one.
