They need to fine tune their customer service is quite the understatement. Thanks for sharing. Funny that something went wrong with one of your other Samsung appliances because a knob on my Stovetop broke off and they do not have the knob replacements available. Love that you can add humor and additionally save so many people the headache of dealing with Samsung CS!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!

Thank you this worked on my new Samsung fridge as well , I did an open box Best Buy and it was stuck in retail mode so I called Best Buy and they couldn’t figure it out.
The newer family hub actually have a mouse port. Plug in a mouse and you can get to the settings to reboot. I would have never thought of doing more than flipping the switch without you!
I love the enthusiasm and passion this guy used to share his tips! Especially when he says, “Look at me when I’m talking to you, boy.” I will, for sure, try this. I’m just curious about the screen being unresponsive at times because quite often the issue with my refrigerator is that it won’t respond to touch. Therefore, I’m not able to do anything with the refrigerator. I have tried resetting and reinstalling everything, even uninstalling apps and freeing up space. I’ve even called customer service, but they weren’t much help. They told me they had to replace the whole screen, which I found ridiculous since this only happens sometimes. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you, folks!
A tip for when the touch screen stops working or works very little. Connect a mouse and/or keyboard to the part of the usb where the button is. This way you can operate the screen like a PC and best of all... not spend $700 to replace the screen.
Haven't been able to get to any of my shopping lists for the past couple days. Yes, I know they recently moved the Shopping Lists but as of two days ago it gets stuck in this Samsung Food loop and can't get to it on either the fridge or the phone. Does anyone know how to get around this now??
I agree 100% my refrigerator plays music and you can watch TV on it but why would you do that and the speaker quality is absolutely terrible. Those refrigerators in my opinion are waste of money.
