Fitting guide for wall mount brackets to a 65 inch Samsung S95B, including measurements & bolt sizes
ATTENTION! Please take into account any washers or how thick your bracket is when buying the M8 bolts. As whilst 28-30mm are the correct size, additional length may be required. This you will have to judge yourself as I am unable to tell how thick or thin your brackets are, and how many washers you may or may not want to use, and the thickness of any washers you may use.So remember 28-30mm M8 bolts are the minimum length with no washers!

Do you still like your Samsung? I returned mine because problems kept popping up. Also the picture quality looked great for gaming but for watching movies with an emphasis on accuracy this TV really struggled. Had a chance to own the a80k at the same time before I returned it. The Sony absolutely blew the Samsung out of the water for watching movies. Colors look more natural and have more richness, finer image details are much more clear, shadow detail was vastly better and notion handling was perfect. I'm really curious to know if your first impression of this Samsung has stuck. It didn't for me.

@@tac6044 with the Samsung you have to turn off all the energy saving stuff, put it on a particular mode and then turn up shadow detail and maybe even the gamma, then it's good.

Fwiw, I'm mounting a 65" and the 30mm bolts were too short for me. The 35mm worked, but did not allow washers. I opted for 40mm, with 3 washers and a lock washer. Maybe you're mounting a 55", I missed that. But just a tip for anyone else trying to mount one and they have a 65"!

samsung slim mount bolts what included in package was too short so i used 35 mm bolts .how you managed to use 30 mm bolts i dont know. i have samsung s 90 c 65”.

Yes, either the Samsung Slim Fit Wall Mount or the Samsung Full Motion Slim Wall Mount. One is fixed, the other can be moved

I am so torn if to get the lg c1 at the reduced price, c2 or is the s95b worth the extra money! Mainly its for gaming and watching football/movies and TV shows

The Samsung has had some build quality issues, but hopefully they will address those issues in the coming months. Personally, I’d wait a bit longer for Black Friday, because you could get some good deals then. The Samsung QD OLED does have a superb picture due to it’s brightness, but those build quality issues are what concern me right now. I’d go to a reputable TV retailer and ask for their opinion personally.

Well out of the C1 and C2, i'd go for the C1 and save a boat load of cash. That said the S95B is having some major price drops already, and picture wise I feel it is better than the C1 or C2, but as said about the build quality is a bit hit and miss, but you can keep sending them back until you get one you are happy with, you might even get a good one first time. As said above, black friday could be a very good time to pick up a S95B

The ones that you have ordered are the same size that worked for my 65 inch. But can't say if they will be correct for the 55 inch version.

Yes. I had to use 40mm long M8 bolts for the recessed holes _with_ a washer on each.

The panel is worth 2,099.99 at my local tech stores. I think Imma risk it and get it cuz my ole my is the picture quality better than LG's C2 for that price range. Fingers crossed I dont get back luck

With the build quality once you got it on the stand or on a wall it as long as you don’t keep moving it around it should not be an issue the reason why Samsung reduced the brightness as the experts moaned saying it was nor accurate Samsung listened and reduced the brightness pissing off samsung owners

I'm getting ready to mount the same TV. Only thing is, you say it's normal for the brackets to hang over. Common sense should tell you it's not normal at all. If you use the proper brackets to begin with, then there's no problem.

I'm going by what it said on the instruction manual that was supplied with my UK unit. Also you have to account for how thick your brackets are or additional washers.As good as I am,I'm unable to guess the thickness of each person's brackets or how many washers you may or may not use. This will be the last time I mention bolt sizes in a video.

I came to my computer to delete my shamefull post, only to see you already read and responded. So my most sincere apologies. The M8 30mm work too. -> Turns out the Screws match exact; So if you try to use a washer then that is enought to make the gap too large. Sry for wrong accusations😔.

Bzdura ! Górne śruby 2 x 28-30 mm dolne 2 x 40 mm M8 ! Po 3-4 podkładki konieczne pod śruby dolne do regulacji głębokości przymocowania ! Nie da się inaczej zamocować !

The bolts come with the wall mount, not the TV. TV occasionally have short dummy bolts to keep the holes clean, but none include the bolts as they have no clue which mount you are buying.
