truly, it is difficult sometimes to deal with the dark side of yourself.

Our greatest enemy is ourselves.

Note how the enraged side of Jack becomes larger, is surrounded in red and yells at him, calling him a "fool". And I don't know how much further he can be from equaling the very antagonist Jack's been fighting since season 1.

it's not ego, it's rage. Rage, frustration. He's been fighting it very early in the show.

The "Mad-Jack" was gonna slap that monk 😂

Take for a moment if you were to replace "Your" with "You're" when jack says "Your frustration Your anger"\ I don't know if people pick up on that parrallel
