San Diego Downtown Walking Tour 4K Upbeat Music--Seaport Village, USS Midway, Little Italy, Gaslamp-Upbeat music to accompany you as you walk along or just enjoy the trip. All the best sites in downtown San Diego. Beginning in Seaport Village, walk up the famous San Diego Harbor Drive, around the USS Midway War Memorial, continuing up past the cruise terminal and Maritime Museum into Little Italy. From Little Italy, the walk takes us down into the Gaslamp Quarter, then to Petco Park, the number 1 rated ballpark in the US. Cross over the Harbor Drive Bridge to the Hilton Convention Center. We will check out the Embarcadero South and then finish the loop back at Seaport Village. Great to check out San Diego Sites while getting your exercise.

Hi, doc. Could you please create a video on the topic- how to reduce the on the knees while walking? Even though i tried to use your method, i guess i did something wrong and its causing me pain. While i try to use the psoas and hip flexor to generate the movement, i'm "forcing the knee" probably. It's giving something like "runners knee"- also the toe off is kinda strange- like the left knee is being kept extended at this phase. Also a new video selecting the best exercises for traning your method would be apreciated. Theres a lot of them and it's almost overhelming. You helped me relieve a ankle pain, that i was feeling because of a lot impact in the heel strike. Never had duck feet or something, but something was off with the mechanics. So, thanks! The concepts are not that easy to grasp, but with a littel bit of work one can understand and practice them.

Treadmill walk video means it is good to watch while walking on a treadmill for exercise when you can't walk outdoors.
