It doesn't do that either on Rush The Rock: Alcatraz Edition. To be honest, I kinda don't like having the beats of the song cut off when you crash. It ruins the song for me.
@@xxdeadchannelxx The original 3-track machine did it to me, and I thought it was great. Sorta added to the drama of crashing in every turn or collision.
Taking every shortcut was usually the only way to win especially in this track, the game didn't have much rubber banding so it was pretty punishing of mistakes. Screw up inside a shortcut and your race is basically over. This guy probably should have picked a more forgiving car.
Alex R. Five years ago, I commented here asking why did the game pretty much refused to give them time to finish. I'm guessing the game prohibits prolonging the race since they were in last place?
