The Chinese were casting 13ton (13000kg) bronze bells 2000 years ago. This is NOT amazing if you have done this. I am a metalwork teacher and did aluminium casting. The process is quite simple. For your information, the Chinese cast horse mouth pieces in 20 layers at a time 2000years ago, out of bronze. They were CREATIVE, not this.
good afternoon., friend can you tell me how much sea sand, how much sugar molasses and how much land to form the sand you use, thanks, I am written on the channel and enjoy all the videos
I am going to upload the sand mold recipe video very soon, will show you exactly how to prepare the sand for the casting projects. Meanwhile, Please check this recipe video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ToWAUA5CRs8.html
It’s actually fairly easy. I used to use fine play sand mixed with ground cat litter, works well. Forgot what ratio I mixed at. It’s been a long time since I’ve casted anything.
Cornelius Fudge Casting isn’t easy. At least it wasn’t for me. I failed more than I succeeded, the mixture has to be just right. Right amount of cat litter, right amount of moisture and sand. Otherwise you risk an explosion. It’s a trial and error process for sure! Just be careful, I had a brass casting explode on me. I got lucky I wasn’t injured. I used a old coffee grinder to grind the cat litter to a powder, then mixed it with the sand.
I see regulation footwear is being used, I understand that it is a warm country and everyone has to be on their guard. In case they have a accident (the last thing I want to see is someone get injured). Be careful Guys!
