I am sitting here, tears running down my face, this lovely song reflects the tragic ending of Sanditon; but this song also feels so right now, with this pandemic all nations are coping with. Somehow, some way, after we have passed through this darkness, we can reach the light, our lives can return to a kind of normal. Maybe then we can see our hopes realized with the little things, Sanditon 2, as Jane Austen intended.
I'm a dreamer, still hoping for the second season. Hopping that will be before I die... Jane Austen deserve more, this is a romance cutted by the middle.

Oh man, this made me cry. I can't believe it's been 2 weeks since the season finale. I just don't understand why we have to fight so hard for a second season. Just one more. Sidney and Charlotte must have their happy ending. They deserve it the most out of all Austen heroes.
This is my favorite of the "Sanditon" music videos. I happen to love this song too. Only thing it is missing is Sidney's quote where he talks about Charlotte bringing out the best in him. GO SEASON 2! Also, vote for Sidney on The Most Handsome British Actors 2020
More than 100.000 hits on the fanfictionstory "The river and the man" by Mallory K Dockery with a HEA for Sidlotte. A substantial storyline, novelsize, with a very finetuned evelopment of all the Sanditoncharacters! I love it and so do manyyyyy others, who suffer because of the unhappy ending of season 1.
Can't tell you how many times I have watched your video. Of all the Sidlotte ones on RU-vid, it is one of my favourites. I don't think I have ever been so affected by a sad ending of a story before. It is a mystery to me why it upset me so much, but I know I am not alone, as I have heard that sentiment repeated on the Sanditon Sisterhood. I had never heard this song before, so thank you for introducing me to it. It is truly beautiful.
Just watched this video again ( 4th time) --- Love the video and the series more each time!!!! There has been a Season 2. Cannot believe this is even an issue. If the UK audience did not watch Season 1 then just make Season 2, 3, 4... for us in the US . Really thought Sanditon was the new Downton Abbey . Keeping the faith it still will be. We all need a happy ending for Sidney and Charlotte. I have not loved a TV series like Sanditon in a very long time , if ever honestly. Until Season 2 finally happens , thanks so much for the videos.
Yes it certainly has the potential to be as big as Downtown Abbey, if not bigger. Sandition is my favourite show of all time. It is annoying it is half done, so please give us a Jane Austen ending. Big fan from New Zealand.

Red planet pictures isn’t giving up and I believe still working hard in acquiring a new partner, it’s just that these things can take time!
I can't believe they are not going to give a second season! If they were not going to renew it, they should have at least let Sidney and Charlotte be married. Ester gets a happy ending with Lord Babington, but the Parkers get no such joy? This is not what Jane had in mind at all.
As you all see in the season 2 and 3, never will be a happy ending for Charlotte and Sidney. Charlotte had to have her happy ending with other man. A real shame. 😢
I don't believe it was ever said. :( breaks my heart a little. Season 1 was my favorite of the 3. The complicated characters, the filming, the potential redemption story... I miss them.
