I LOVE the sandman. Now with less HP reduction, higher stunball damage, only to lose a bit on the stunning - it lasting a tad less and letting stunned people running around at REDUCED SPEED! Also reduction damage when stunned seems to be off along with it too... way to go sandman! :)
