Bodyweight training is obviously great but understand there is a reason almost all olympic champions lift weights in gym. And the reason 200 kg bench vala hath pe khada nhi hoskta uske 2 reason h 1. Uska body weight bhi heavy h 2. Balance, training for balance is totally different from strength. You can find very heavy people lifting their whole body on one hand, that doesn't mean they are more stronger than the guy who bench 200kg, it basically means the guy has more balance in his body. After doing some balance training for 6 months, that 200kg bench person can easily beat you at most of the things.

Mad respect to Sangram and all our wrestlers as wrestling and boxing are my favourite sports but having said that someone who bench presses 200 kg is also strong. I've known powerlifters and strongmen and they're damn strong. Strength is subjective. Also, can't ignore the fact that her pistol squat was pretty impressive.

he is incorrect. I have seen people specialized in 1 thing promotes thr fav methods and own definition of strength. A strong man like Brain shaw, Eddy hall can easily kill you but you have better chance of escaping only you are much agaile and faster. fitness is goal based you cant prove someone is weak just by comparing

You can bench 200kg and hand stand if you train both. No one is stopping you from doing both or either. There is no need to compare both types of training are effective and a person can do both.

Remember the more the muscle mass the more body needs to provide oxygen to that muscle, and trust me most of the cases proper oxygen is not supplied to big muscles when you build those big Biceps or any other part, which leads to many complications. I always say if you come from office without being tired , trust me you are fit and will surpass any other person in the long run.
