Normally I'm not phased by the atrocities Mr. Sausage commits in these videos, but I think puting the raw pork chunks into the pitcher of wine instead of adding the wine to the ground pork was it for me. And then suggesting he was going to drink the raw pork/sangria mixture to top it off... this video is one of the worst ones you've done so far. Good job Mr. Sausage :)

Ya like maybe marinate the pork and then pat dry and keep the fruit rinds out of the mix. Could actually be really good. Cuz marinating meat in wine is delicious, normally... lol

"I think this is how they make wine in prison" It is. in the MDOC we called it Spud Juice. being so called because at one point before I went in, it was made from potatoes. Oranges, (You can use other fruit of you want but oranges are most popular probably because of sugar content) a little water, but not too much, if you want to stretch it, bread for yeast, (consider adding the rind of the fruit as well to make use of any wild yeast that was growing on the outside) and as much sugar as you can get smuggled out of the chow hall. (or you can spend a painfully long time saving up the two sugar packets you get with breakfast every morning. Stored in a dark, reasonably warm spot. Or you can use a Stinger to heat it up. Make sure to burp the bag to get rid of Co2 build up, and give it a few weeks to a month to ferment. Viola, you got yourself some mediocre booze.

A “Mark” is an old term for 8oz. An 8oz sausage made of Ruffles & Spaghetti-Os would be a Mark Ruffalo sausage. WE NEED THE MARK RUFFALO SAUSAGE!

I think the approach was all wrong. You coulda reduced the wine to a demi glace condiment of sorts, and minimized the amount of fruit put into the grinder. I think the concept might actually have potential

Honestly if you felt like revisiting the idea in the future you could make the sangria and use it to marinate the pork over night without the fruit rind and less liquid. Then use the sausage as normal and possibly add some additional spices to it for making a sausage.
