Pairing is not restricted to sexuality nor opposites. Pairings can also be seen in the existence of things. Gravity exist because the interaction of TWO masses. You need two things to create all kinds of numbers or all numbers that exist - number 1 or any number really, and operations. If you wish a decimal, you can add two 1s and divide the result to one to get 0.5, and so on and so forth. If you want a negative number, you can add two 1s and subtract the result to 1 to get -1. Thus, only the number You cannot produce three without pairing 1 and 2 nor pairing two 1s and pair it with another 1. Everything exist because of pairings. Even abstractions such as the concept of "cats being pets" is paired as well - the existence of cats and the existence of human nature as we know it. One without the other cannot produce the concept of "cats being pets". Moreover, you can pair 1 with 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.... You can pair one thing with many things to produce something. And btw, something cannot exist without it's pair, nothing. A sandwich and a lack of sandwich is a pair. If the lack of sandwich as a concept does not exist, then everything is made up of sandwich. Thus, we wouldn't have sandwich sitting on our tables alone. Thus, if we see things in their perspective, it would probably better for us. Then Allah mentions how he build the heavens, spread the earth, and made everything in pairs. It then ends with an urging to run to Allah and not to set up other gods. Maududi argues the sky/earth/pairs examples in these verses are used as examples of harmony in the world, and hence a lack of competing wills running the Cosmos, and hence an argument for one God, as well as how without a pair for this life (the pair would be an afterlife) the present life would be ultimately pointless.

It needs to be seen in context of other verses to see what categories this refers to. Q51.49 "And all things We have created by pairs" is in the context of other verses like Q36:36 "Glory be to Him Who created all the sexual pairs, of that which the earth groweth, and of themselves, and of that which they know not!" ("sexual" is just the translator's interpretation).
Is it telling about reproduction?Everything includes living and non-living things . It may be tells us about the building blocks of the universe. May be it tells about matter and anti-matter pairs or something deeper fundamental constituents of the whole creation. Hijab’s answer is also plausible , very logical and commonsensical.

I think the hadith only says it is illumul ghaib (knowledge of unseen). So for example if there is something in a box and a person who never saw what is in it came and said "there is such and such thing in the box" and he was accurate then that is knowledge of unseen which no one would know without seeing it directly or with someone's help and only allah knows that knowledge but if the person already saw what is in the box then he said what's in it then it is no longer knowledge of unseen. Therefore this hadith is not an error because the doctors cannot say what is in the womb without observing the womb. Another interpretation is that no one knows whether the child is evil or good. This understanding is okay but some hadith also mention about time of rain as knowledge of unseen and only Allah knows it when it rains. So the first answer is more suitable.

I found something astonishing in The Noble Quran.the word Sirius the most brightest star at northen hemisphere is mentioned in Quran only once at surah an- Najm (the star) at ayat (53:49). The surah have 360 words .the word sirius is the 310 word from the beginning of the surah.if we divided 310/360 we have this result 0.86111111. In modern astronomy textbooks the distance in light - years of Sirius is 8.611 ??!!!!!!!! Is this a random coincidence. ?

Assalamu alaikum can you clarify this Quran say everything is created in pairs but the fact that there are plenty of unisex plants, organisms and creatures like bacteria and other asexual creatures which doesn't have a pair and there are many creatures in the world which doesn't have a pair Like virus and bacteria they are sing cell and unisex and doesn't have pairs and there are many other creatures in the world who have single cell and no pairs and asexual

Here is something to think about and keep you up at night. Quran mentions the word “day” in singular form 365 times, and the word “month” in singular form 12 times. And the word angels 88 times and the word devils 88 times. And the phrase “they said” 332 times and the word “say” 332 times. These are just a few, coincidence? Hope that keeps you awake.
@@mistert8775 The total "yawm" concordance finds 475 mentions, not 365. However, this includes the dual and plural forms. Of all the different forms of "yawm", 3 are in the dual and 27 are in the plural. If you have a database program with easy formats, you can easily counter this lie too and find out that all forms with suffixes are discarded on Islamic websites. Furthermore, the word yawm in most of its occurrences in the Quran does not mean a 24 hour day. For example, the Day of Judgment is mentioned a very large number of times in different ways.
@@danlopez.3592 I would make this argument without having proof, and Al-Hamdulillah I do. You are right in that if you count all forms of the word day it is much more that 365 times. But we are counting day in singular form, as we know God is precise in his word choice. If you look at some websites, they actually show you all the times it is mentioned in singular form as 365 times. We exclude words like “yawmine” which is 2 days, or “Yawma-ithin” which means “on that day”. On purpose. We are counting singular days to get a total of 365 times. If you understood the Arabic, it would be easier to comprehend. And we do the same for the word “month”, we only count it in singular form. And the argument that one day can be 50,000 years is irrelevant, we are simply doing word counts. Nothing more and nothing less. 9:36 Quran “Surely the reckoning of months, in the sight of Allah, is twelve months, laid down in Allah's decree on the day when He created the heavens and the earth; and out of these months four are sacred. That is the true ordainment. Do not, therefore, wrong yourselves, with respect to these months.” You haven’t addressed my other points either about the amount of times it is mentioned devils and angels, or they said and say. You kinda skipped over those for obvious reasons.

@@mistert8775 also, I have lived in turkey for a few years and I know that the Muslim calendar has 354, occasionally 355 days so I don’t know why you would use 365 as some magical number.

plural in arabic is 3 or more items, so when Allah says bees have stomachs it means 3 or more but when I researched it, it says bees have 2 stomachs. Is it possible for the quran to still be right?
You do realize that the bees are mentioned in plural too, right? So it’s totally logical for the stomachs to be mentioned in plural too. You don’t say “the stomach of the bee”, you say “the stomachs of the bees”.

@@omarabobakr2292 I think I figured it out: Because نحل is a broken plural, it becomes singular feminine (this is in arabic grammer) so the suffix, ها، makes sense because it's also singular feminine just like the noun it's reffering to.
