Bro there is no clutch routes on vardohus its just impossible to make a clutch route in vardohus, The map gives advantages to the zombies. I think you are just 100% luck or edited. Only La ferme has clutch route in endless.
Well one thing for sure is its not edited- but I did get lucky with the grab- but I was able to clutch on this map a lot- and runners don't spawn on this map (unless it's hardcore or infected player) so I wouldn't say impossible- so there is a route
He got lucky two times, first he was sleeping in the house then finally woke up before he dies. Second he got grabbed but went insanely lucky that he didn't turned into a 4 star dinner
