"Doesn't mean it didn't happen" Oh. So we don't actually enjoy the presumption of innocence. I knew that already, but it's amazing that a lay person just got someone to openly say it on the record.
It’s almost like she saying she choked him out and that didn’t work, so I thought I’d get him drunk and get him in the suitcase. But now it’s turned on me. Being pinned on me.
It occurs to me that this is no longer about winning the trial, Sarah is going to lose that. It has become about building a case for an appeal. Sarah wants to build a case for when she inevitably loses, and the judge is making sure that case has no legs.
She’s acting … “ I don’t know what I’m doing” “ what does sustained mean” She wants everyone to think that the court took away her right to council & threw her to the wolves. This is going to be difficult for Sarah though as she considers herself smarter than everyone in the room.
I think he might be overturned for denying her counsel. I’m not sure but I don’t think the appropriate remedy for not getting along with your appointed lawyers is to force her to represent herself. The correct remedy is to hold a hearing to make sure the lawyer is providing adequate representation and then deny her request to fire the lawyer.
@EffSharp he absolutely CANNOT and will not lol. She was not "forced" to represent herself. You really think the justice system is like: Sure, we will wait as long as you want as you try out every single court-appointed attorney this county, town, maybe even state has to offer. We will grant you an infinite amount of time to accept & fire or force each additional attorney off your case, just as you have the last 8. If the 4+ years the court system has already allowed you to abuse this process is STILL not enough, we will just keep allowing more... Yeah, no. Boone doesn't have a constitutional right to do this ad nauseam with court-appointed counsel. Judges bent to her will & kissed her @ss to play it safe this long. She has clearly, repeatedly forfeited her right to representation. She was explicitly warned about this & knew exactly what would happen if she continued to make it literally impossible to represent her. "She has a snotty attitude" & constantly walking out of meetings to have a tantrum is not a REASON to be appointed a 9th attorney. Speaking of hearings to see how these attorneys have, in good faith, tried to deal with her... Yeah, those were done. They had to be. And the judge was pretty set on denying Attorney 8's request to withdraw, but since Boone kept making it worse, his hand was forced. She no longer has the legal right to be a c*nt & intentionally stall this trial & its resolution. Can't wait to see her try to appeal on these grounds though 😂-- she lives in a black hole of delusion.
@@Lizzzz90 it seems the delay is at least partially because of her overt belligerence. narcissists looooove to play 5D chess in court, it's their go-to. just delaying the inevitable, honestly... but i agree with you, the delay is annoying because courts shouldn't be LETTING narcs do this crap. they're enabling her, as well as others. to be fair though, sometimes courts do this on purpose to test the inmate's character. DUI/DWI is usually drawn out over the course of a year or two because they need to make sure the person has really quit drinking. in this case, her further belligerence is just gonna make this case an easy slamdunk for prosecutors. she can't blame alcohol for her narcissism and lack of remorse anymore
I can’t wait!! I believe the only reason she has been delaying the entire process for four years is that she fears facing the family of Jorge in court.
OMG shes going to be trying to testify everytime she asks the witness a question. It will be quite the dumpster fire to watch. Hopefully Nick "The Nose" livestreams the trial.
I think what she really wants is a bond so she can go prepare in a comfy law office like every other attorney......And the judge is trying to make sure she can't file an appeal.....
@@missyelliot6237 One of the definitions of passive aggressive is 'weaponized kindness,' or in her case weaponized politeness. If she continues with this attitude during trial, it should be very easy for the jury to see through her attempt at passive aggressive manipulations. It's a very unattractive manner of being.
@@eirenmist12 Yep and she's even trying to weaponize "being confused and underprepared." Typical perpetual victim. She's gonna remain delusional throughout the trial until the verdict is delivered and then she'll finally understand what she did.
She’s cross-examining this officer/witness well enough to prove she knows what she needs to do and ask. But notice every time prosecution’s objections are sustained, she whines that she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She’s going to turn off the jury immediately with her obnoxious tone and attitude.
Well, this truly is a crash course in not only law but court procedure & acting as a lawyer. It would be quite overwhelming especially when your life is on the line.
She is a pain in the a...! Loves the sound of her own voice. God help the judge and lawyers having to deal with her. That's my impression. RIP the victim.
@@saunch09 - definitely not a Darrell Brooks. She actually has a good grasp on how it works. What you’ll find about her is that she is a quick study and very organized. She’s going to lose, but I’m actually impressed with her demeanor. So is she the smartest person in the room, no; however, she at least has a damn brain.
I don't think that Suitcase Sarah has the uncontrollable rage issues that Babbling Brooks had. I think that SS is more passive aggressive and snarky. IMO SS's trial is going to be a lot more tame.
If she actually admitted that she was black out drunk from the beginning her charges wouldn't be as severe. But not Sarah she doesn't have an alcohol problem!@@beauxdayshush3736
it doesn't necessarily mean that the officers are telling the truth and if you have never had experience in it or someone in it then you wouldnt understand. i have watched and researched this case since it happened and i truly dont think she has ever missed a court date because a few weeks ago they had one without her being there and she brought it to the judges attention that no one even let her know and the judge apologized to her
@@ashblond6Another naive stupid person who thinks that Correctional officers are perfectly honest individuals. They probably knocked on her door and she didn't answer So they just took it as a refusal please It happens all the time
@@AuntDoplus I’m sure, besides the logs - they have some type of surveillance system in the hallways that would show the guards approaching her cell/wherever she is, and her not coming out on those specific days
Watch her say the video on her phone was just AI and that never happened and that it was Jorge that wanted to be in there and told her to come back in a few hours so she forgot and when she woke up the next day she went and checked and that she immediately did CPR. Not even a marathon runner who does CPR right ever sound as relaxed as she did. If she was really doing CPR on the phone she would sound breathy and her counts even sounded off.
It shocked me that she did not understand the meaning of 'sustained'. She clearly has very little knowledge of the law or procedures .... Or just likes to play dumb!
It's kind of weird because she was doing exactly what she should do in response to an objection being sustained: shutting up and rewording or just dropping the "question".
I keep picturing the judge going home and telling his wife and children about Sarah's unmitigated gall and they are all rolling on the floor laughing at her.
Today's Judges also know what gaslighting is. They know how to recognise it, and they know what it sounds like. The Judge already knows what kind of person Sarah is. Frankly, I would be bored with this situation if I were that Judge. It is hilarious how Sarah thinks she is ever going to see life outside of a prison again.
This isn't your life. It doesn't affect you at all. It's not a substitute for human connection. Go make friends. Go to a bar. Try mdma. Have an affair.
@@marykerr5124 no, it’s great that she gets to take control. She’s going to do as bad as humanly possible. If she gets a jury trial she’s going to alienate herself immediately and to the furthest degree. I am so excited ngl
@@socialmediamanagement1859 there’s no way she’s getting away. She’s smart and manipulative, but she’ll never be able to catch up. Lawyers are trained and experienced, they have staff to help them with the giganormous amount of paperwork, phone calls and research work. I don’t see how she could possibly perform to that level.
@@Jelly-Garciacompletely agree I don’t really care for Sarah earlier but the hive mentality and inability to critically think around here is concerning
All those big words she slings around in those letters and she doesn’t know what sustained means. And she had the nerve to send the judge a bunch of legal definitions
She is going to try and drag every single portion of this out every syep of the way. She talks about not wanting the media around, but is basking in the glow of the public's attention
She looks for the media and cameras as soon as she walks in. She’s loving this. But the tone and condescension in her voice is going to make the jury turn against her.
@@Cinder_311 everbody is grabbing their popcorn in anticipation for the disaster this going to be and that actually might help her in being granted on of her motions. Networks like this and Court Tv know this is going to be a ratings draw and are pushing to be able to cover it. Largely by her own doing this case has gotten a ton of notoriety and publicity, but to her point so much about her case has been put everywhere on social media it’s going to make it very difficult to find a jury without a little bias. I could see the court granting her on all the pretrial stuff, but it almost feels like a publicity stunt having this trial broadcast now.
She's already managed to drag her feet for 4+ YEARS!! This is what she wanted all along, to be in control and involved in every little detail while she had an attorney. Can't have your cake and eat it too, Ms. NOT INTENTIONALLY!!
Actually don't think she'll cry at all. Everything about her is very calculated and she switches up her persona, as needed. The way she speaks and her mannerisms now compared to how she was before being arrested, is night and day. She went from very talkative, animated, crying, etc. to now being extremely methodical and stoic. She barely expresses emotion. She keeps an insane amount of data and notes, and carries herself as if she's an actual lawyer. Interesting to observe
@@gracejones2831 She starts choking up with tears a couple times during the interrogation. Mainly while talking about Jorge's struggles with his job and how much of an impact she had in helping him. But after they show her footage of him suffocating in that suitcase, she couldn't cry anymore lol
The Judge is going to make sure that EVERYTHING is going to be taken care of correctly and he is going to put everything on the Record. Sarah lies so easily and manipulates everything and everyone. The Prosecution and the Judge will ensure she gets a fair trial. Justice for Jorge and his Family.
He started by correcting her nonsense about the mail. He put all that in the record. She was acting like she’s never gotten any mail only to finally acknowledge that she got all of them even the one that went to a the regular mail packet.
If she had considered Johje’s right to free movement and opened the suitcase that fateful night we wouldn’t be here now. She’s so considerate of her own rights it makes me furious to just listen to her feeling sorry for herself.
How kind and generous of RU-vid's 'Mentor Lawyer' to go visit Sarah Boone in jail so that he could give her some solid advice to help her overcome "the bullies" in the court system. (The video was entitled "I Visited Sarah Boone in Jail: She Needs and Deserves a Lawyer"). He claims to have visited her three times recently... I have to wonder why he didn't utilize his spare time to go and offer some legal support to Jorge's family..... They have been waiting a long time for justice.
@@mirandamvok7711 Yes, it really happened. I saw the video a few days ago shortly after he posted it. It wasn't up very long before he deleted it, so I guess I wasn't the only one who slammed his desperation for views.
Everyone has tech troubles… If she’s expected to represent herself she has to have the case files… If the judge refused it could easily be an appeal issue.
And she couldnt name not one file. And she said her time was wasted. Girl, you in jail. You have all the time in the world. Why didnt she write down the files that could not open? She is something else.
@@OnlybladeisthisYou don't always see a file name. Sometimes it's an icon and it is very believable that some won't open due to compatibility issues between apps/programs/versioning on many levels. PS I work in the computer world.
This trial should take 3 days max. The body was found in her apartment and a video she took shows her mocking the victim. She tricked the victim into a suitcase and leaves in there while he's begging to be let out and she goes to sleep. If this doesn't scream 2nd degree murder then nothing does. Life without parole please.
I think it’s going to run long because it’s going to be a lot of start stop behind objection after objections of her not knowing how to examine and her asking a bunch of irrelevant questions and making statements she shouldn’t be making.
@@nategreatgames78 I think so too. Lots of stopping. The State will have to try REALLY hard not to object every 10 seconds and look like they are bullying her by just doing their jobs lol. Playing the victim seems to be her strong point and she won't miss an opportunity to use it to her advantage. Fortunately her own videos will give the jury a taste of reality as she mocks him while he suffocates.
She didn’t trick him…Sara Boone and the defendant was in an abusive relationship…by both parties….but she was upset indicated he willing went into the suitcase…which he did..and she did zip up…. They were both intoxicated and so her ambitions were down…but also defendant was also in asking for help… Both intoxicated and acting in a way that isn’t a normal concept of thinking!!!!
She tries so hard in round about ways to get the JUDGE to tell her how to get information, what she needs to do, how to go forward etc and the JUDGE is not backing down for her. Love that. Let her sink herself right into PRISON
She’s a narcissist. She thinks she’s the one being unfairly treated by everyone and she is incapable of admitting what she did was wrong. She thought she was going home after the police interrogation because she kept saying it was “not intentional”.

You have to get your history/record expunged. She is focusing on completely irrelevant things, her trial is going to be a lot of the same. This is a train wreck!
She is also the queen of putting her feet in her mouth and her own words destroying her.
