If you do it right, it’s pretty secure. Especially, the back stitch works just like a back stitch with a sewing machine. If you pull a thread which is just running straight, you can pull it out easily. However, if the thread is running in different directions, it’s actually hard to pull it out even if you want to. If you’re not sure, I’d recommend practicing first😊
