I ordered a SATA 1/4" inch pound torque wrench today for $29. They are normally $45. The SATA ratchets look similar to Husky. In addition to Gearwrench and SATA, Apex Tool also manufactures Husky and Autozone's Duralast tools. The Gearwrench line is the most comprehensive.
Those wrench racks come in a two pack. Only $4.46 a piece for the small ones. They are reversible as well. So you can slant the wrenches towards the big end door towards the small end.
