Love the thorough extraction of the cystic acne - well done! I know that some dislike all the blood, but it is necessary to extract all the inflammation from these types of acne’s!!

OMG!!!! This is the most masterful I’ve seen you use the cotton swabs for amazing results!! I could watch from 10:00 over and over again. Plus this client is a champ, barely any signs of discomfort when I know it had to be VERY painful. 👏

Wow,. I thought for a few minutes they were going to ignore that big one. But then the cotton swabs came out and it was very satisfying to see her clean out all the bacteria and pus so he can now heal without so much pain. Thank you for sharing that with us!

Whoever decided to use Q-tips on the face, is brilliant! Wonderful at getting all of the underlying infection that would prevent healing and leave nothing but scars in their wake!!!
Why? I am curious as I don’t like a tips. Why use them on fingers? I am sure there is a medical reason do you know? Because your fingers you have greater control over the q tips can slide and the pressure she puts on them I hold my breath as I think they are going to break..... thanks for any help

Is it just me or would anyone else like to see a before and after picture of the patient before he/she enters (and then leaves) the room. Even a picture of the face after it heals 💓 💓 💓

Lately we have been able to see many cases of really bad and inflame cheeks. I wonder if this is a follow up of one of those cases... A while ago we were shown the progress of the cases but we can't see that anymore and that is a shame because for me, that was my favorite part. Now all you show are relatively short videos with no continuation. Don't get me wrong, I love them and I love your work. I just miss when we could see how your work changed somebody's life. Because on the really bad cases, you do change people's life for sure!
It may not be classy but, if she helping someone find what they are looking for.... Besides I watch both. It adds to my daily watching experience. Many of Thien's videos recently feel very rushed by the time constraints imposed by her editing company. This one felt better because we got to see her actually work the pocket and get all the stuff out.

I love these kinds of clips. My only request; could you show what the area looks like once you are completely done with the session? Showing the area being completely cleaned up and ready to go? It causes an itch for satisfaction that I cannot scratch LoL
My heart goes out to your client. That had to hurt very bad! I know it was necessary to do that. You did a great job.at extracting all the inflammation. It was amazing to see all that was underneath. I myself do not tolerate pain well so I would have had it numbed. I realize it is not possible for some and I feel badly for them. I am sure your client will feel much better now.
That thorough work in the large pimple with the swabs was impressive.. What I like about your work is how you stick with the pimple once you open it so you get everything out. xo
No one daes to clean their face or acne in this way. In addition to strictly medical knowledge, Thuy has much more knowledge based on traditional and this compound provides an absolute solution to all skin problems. Of course, it takes over a thousand faces to put that knowledge into practice. And she's shown she can handle the worst problems. I see that this is an old comment but I’d say she’s done quite well! As of late 2021 she moved her spa (that she owns) to a gorgeous new location and hired a lot more staff. I agree that she deserves all the success and fame she gets, as she’s a master at her trade. I just wish some of the other ones would watch her video and learn that there is more than just the little bit they pull out when they take off a scab or make a small incision on big acne like that.
She wasn’t contaminating the wound!?!? That was Cystic Acne!!! Using the Q-tip help grab the acne as the pus globular that was holding the acne!!! As she continued to press out more Blood, more acne was coming out and the Q-tips grabbed right onto them!!! 😊
Oh my. 10:00 on. Such a lot of stuff that needed to come out. We have gelatinous clumps, blood, chunks.. Great job. I loved it They had to have felt better. No matter how many times I watch this I am always amazed at what she gets out of there. And I have never seen one before with those little tiny pimple "seeds".

Omg this is the best and cleanest way I've see a face full of acne infection bing cleaned up.. thats how u freaking do it.. my father is a dermatologist and he says that all these bad acne videos have to take out the clear bubble u see in this video called (PUSTULES). THEN U SEE a big difference in minutes as it disappears..job well done..can't wait fornur next video..I'm very impressed
Getting all the acne contents out so skin cells can come together and knit. Without her actions, it would be like building a wall aground a tree;take the tree out and the wall, or skin cells, go straight thru. Tender care of already distressed skin. The deep blood flushes that refresh the wounds and oxygenated tissue; sterile procedure because bloom in the vessels is already sterile. Patients obviously on Retin-A which Hebrides, and probably Accutane which stops the over-production of oils, again giving more chance. Beautiful, beautiful work. We need to teach and do this in the US. Big public service to let us watch and learn.
I realize the importance of removing hidden acne and blackheads surrounding the cystic acne but, when you extract the pustules from the inflammatory it is amazing!

I think the jelly is what used to be those solid white chunks. If they cannot come out through the skin on their own, the body sets to work breaking them down to be reabsorbed or otherwise expelled. So you know when she’s getting all those solid white chunks out before they get like this, she’s saving this sort of thing from happening to some of them.

This patient needs to see a dermatologist who will start by prescribing antibiotics and and then recommend other procedures for this severe case of acne.
Hate it when they show an infected area, and then go and stab everywhere else except the infected part they show you. Go straight to about 7min if you want something a bit juicer than a blackhead.
