Thank you for sharing this soup which I am going to make today as a comfort food…. We are expecting rain today in Montreal where I live. I will only include the cow foot and the chicken foot.❤

It looks good, just don't think soup should be "assembled" like that. But it might suit their revenue model. So not "hating on dem" Ital + proteins after the cooking process won't taste the same way as if the protein is allowed to render out flavour in cooking process .
