Savage Daughter performed by Ekaterina Shelehova at the Pyramid House. ___ Media Produced by Sacred Mirror Media. www.sacredmirrormedia.com Audio mixed by Jeremiah Holguín Video by Thomas Holguín
I just listened to this while my dogs ( three GSDs) were running around in our pasture. They stopped what they were doing, came running, and sat at my feet, heads cocked, enthralled. You know this speaks an ancient love language when even your dogs want to listen.
I'm listening to this and who walks in, my savage daughter. She's a beast the one who took care of bullies as a child. In high school a football player was getting serious threats and in a meeting with the principle and his parents he was advised to never get caught alone, particularly from the bus stop to first class in school. When asked who he could count on to have his back and and handle "himself" if needed, he named my daughter. She accepted the arrangement with our blessing. His parents assured the principal they knew what they were doing. She's always had that something extra. A neighbors child went missing and his mom's first move was to come to our house to get her, she must have been 11 or 12 at the time. She lit out like the proverbial bat out of hell and then mom called 911. Sure enough she found him and brought him back. I can't help but think of her when I hear this song.
The drum sound and her voice send me to a higher dimension... Tears comes to my eyes whenever I hear this song. It makes echo on my chest like a deep vibration...
God or some higher force sings through her. She is gifted. It shouldn't be possible for her to speak english so perfectly. I'm a 60 year old american. I know. She is close to god.
I love how elegantly she dresses... She's quite beautiful , but not flaunting the goods. Young women of today can learn something from her. Her talent speaks for itself
Greetings from Türkiye, I admire your voice, I listen to you from the moment I wake up in the morning until I fall asleep at night. My biggest wish is to be able to listen to you live one day.
So beautiful and magical. For me the best cover for this song by far. The voice of an angel 👏And the little tricks you do with your voice.. amazing!!! 😮😍
I am my mother savage daughter The one who runs barefoot, cursing sharp stones I am my mother savage daughter I will not cut my hair, I will not lower my voice My mother's child is a savage She looks for her romance in the colors of stones In the faces of cats, in the falling of feathers In the dancing of fire, in the curve of old bones I am my mother savage daughter The one who runs barefoot, cursing sharp stones I am my mother savage daughter I will not cut my hair, I will not lower my voice My mother's child dances in the darkness She sings heathen songs by the light of the moon And watches the stars, and renames the planets And dream she can reach them with a song and a broom! We are all brought forth out of darkness Into this world, through blood and through pain And deep in our bones, the old songs are waking So sing them with voices of thunder and rain We are our mother savage daughters The one who runs barefoot, cursing sharp stones We are our mother savage daughters We will not cut our hair We will not lower our voice
wow this is a great song. I can hear it playing during a say, a combat montage of some pre-medieval warrior princess spliced w/footage of her mother’s funeral who recently died in battle.. I think this is why people like her music so much. It conjures up these kinds of images in our minds
i lover her ! : ) she is so honest, jus expressing ! pure music. also known as bure majestic beauty ! also known as real magic in this world ! a feminine beauty of excellent heart : )
My D&D character (a half-elf ranger) carries a small, gnome-crafted music box that plays a song her mother used to sing to her. I've decided THIS is that song!
