A physical therapist once showed me this exercise (without the cables - just body weight) and told me to do those moves to rehab the glutes after an injury... Very good. It works.

Why damage your back for little to no gl or quad engaging are u try to make your bum bigger. I can advise you this is why I charge this will ruin your posture

This video has great potential to help someone connect their mind to their muscles and understand what plane they're moving in and why. Your comment, in contrast, had no value whatsoever. Putting the feet in internal rotation works theglute min and med and the abduction works the glute Maximus great video❤

The glute med is an hip external rotator. I try toes pointed out and see if you connect with that.

Yo this is great for men to 🥲 Iv torn both tendons in my shoulders so I’m unable to lift heavy upper body with the exception of arms SO Iv been focusing on leg development and man maybe this injury is a blessing in disguise as I’m on the road to some big legs and I can’t forget the dump trucks I want the whole bakery aswell 😛

This is one of the exercises my doc gave me for sciatica. I just do it without the weights. Maybe it is time to add some weights.

That’s more towards 90 than 45; as long as u remain 90 or below than it’s more hips, above 90 u will feel more back/obliques
