A physical therapist once showed me this exercise (without the cables - just body weight) and told me to do those moves to rehab the glutes after an injury... Very good. It works.
Why damage your back for little to no gl or quad engaging are u try to make your bum bigger. I can advise you this is why I charge this will ruin your posture

No disrespect to anyone and I watch some top YT men influencers when it comes to working out. But I feel the women give a better detail when it comes to certain exercises.

Yo this is great for men to 🥲 Iv torn both tendons in my shoulders so I’m unable to lift heavy upper body with the exception of arms SO Iv been focusing on leg development and man maybe this injury is a blessing in disguise as I’m on the road to some big legs and I can’t forget the dump trucks I want the whole bakery aswell 😛
